OPSC PGT Recruitment 2024: Odisha Public Service Commission has started the registration process for OPSC Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Recruitment 2024. Interested candidates can visit the official website of OPSC, opsc.gov.in, fill the application form and submit it. The last date to apply is 2 March 2024.

The OPSC PGT recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,375 PGT vacancies. Of the 1,375, 53 vacancies are reserved for persons with disabilities (whose permanent disability is 40% or more), 41 posts are reserved for ex-servicemen and 14 posts are reserved for sportspersons.
Age Range
Candidates applying for OPSC PGT Recruitment 2024 must not be more than 45 years and less than 21 years of age.

There will be a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Socially Backward Classes, Women and Ex-Servicemen. Whereas disabled persons whose permanent disability is 40% or more are given a relaxation of 10 years.

Selection Process
OPSC PGT selection process consists of a written examination (Paper I, II, III) followed by personality test and interview. Paper I, II and III are of 100 marks each. The duration of each paper is 2 hours and consists of 100 questions. The interview round is of 30 marks.
