Teacher Recruitment Application for 5550 posts of school teachers

Teacher Recruitment: Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE) Assam has started online application process for 5,500 Lower Primary (LP) and Upper Primary (UP) School Teacher Vacancies. Eligible and interested candidates can now visit the official website dee.assam.gov.in and submit their application forms. The last date to apply is February 2.

Out of the total vacancies, 1,750 vacancies are for the post of assistant teacher, science teacher and Hindi teacher in upper primary schools, and 3,800 vacancies are for the post of assistant teacher in lower primary schools.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam and qualified in Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET)/Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Language-I or Language-II of both ATET and CTET candidates should match the medium of education of the school in which the candidate wants to apply.

Applicant’s age should not be less than 18 years. Unreserved category candidates should not be more than 40 years, Ex-servicemen 42 years, OBC/MOBC 43 years and SC/ST(P)/ST(H) 45 years and disabled till 1st January, 2023 For Persons (PWD) should be 50 years.

ATET/CTET Certificate and Marksheet for UPS
Disability certificate issued by government authorities if applicable
Ex-Serviceman Certificate issued by the Director, Soldier Welfare Board

Register and proceed to fill the application form.
