Application started for Indian Navy B.Tech recruitment

Indian Navy has announced vacancies for the four-year B.Tech degree course under the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme. Unmarried male and female candidates can apply for these posts. Candidates can apply through the official website joinindiannavy.gov.in. On completion of this course, B.Tech degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

Candidates who are selected through this course will be inducted as cadets into the four-year B.Tech course in Applied Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering as per the requirements of the Navy.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have passed class 12th from any recognized board or institute with at least 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English.
The call for Services Selection Board (SSB) to the candidates appearing for JEE Main- 2023 examination (for B.E./B.Tech.) will be made through All India Common Rank List of JEE Main 2023.
Selection Process:

Candidates who will be shortlisted by the Indian Navy will be informed through e-mail and SMS for SSB Interview.
Merit list will be prepared on the basis of SSB marks.
Candidates declared fit in the medical examination will undergo police verification and character verification.
Age Range :

Candidates should be born between 02 January 2005 and 01 July 2007. Age relaxation will be given as per Indian Navy norms.

Salary:

Rs 56100-177500 per month.
