This batch-wise and district-wise allocation aims to ensure a fair, transparent, and balanced distribution of teaching staff throughout the state.    Candidates have been assigned to districts based on merit, available vacancies, reservation norms, and, where applicable, candidate preferences. The assigned district is final unless otherwise notified.

Important Instructions for Selected Candidates:

All candidates listed in the document are instructed to carefully go through the following guidelines before proceeding with their joining process:

• Verification: Candidates must cross-verify their details in the list—especially name, roll number, subject, and allotted district.

• Reporting Date: You are required to report to the District Education Officer (DEO) of your assigned district on or before the specified joining date (to be mentioned in the official notification).

• Documentation: Please bring original documents including:

  • Appointment letter

  • Educational certificates

  • Proof of age

  • Category certificate (if applicable)

  • Identity proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, etc.)

• Medical Fitness: Ensure that you carry a valid medical fitness certificate from a government-authorized medical practitioner.

• Bond/Undertaking: If applicable, candidates may be required to sign a bond or an undertaking as per department policy.

Next Steps:

After successful reporting and verification, candidates will be formally inducted into their respective schools and will begin their duties as per the academic calendar. Induction training sessions and orientation workshops will also be scheduled and communicated through the respective DEOs.
