15th November 2023: HP PGT Apply Online Last Date Extended!

The HPPSC has extended the Himachal Pradesh PGT apply online last date due to large number of requests from aspirants. Now, the HP PGT application deadline has been extended to 30th November 2023 till 11:59 PM. Earlier, the last date to apply was 13th November 2023. In case of any enquiry, the candidates may contact Commission’s office on any working day from 10:00 AM to 5.00 PM on Phone Number 0177-2624313, 2639739 and Toll Free No.1800-180-8004.

The selection of candidates for the HPPSC Lecturer (School) post will be based on the following stages:

• Written Test/ Screening Test

HP PGT Eligibility Criteria

HPPSC PGT Age Limit

The age of candidates applying for the HP PGT Exam must be within the following limit:

HP PGT Qualification

• Postgraduation in concerned subject
• B.Ed

• Integrated MA/M.Sc. Ed.

HP PGT Exam Pattern

Go through the HP PGT Exam Pattern (expected) given below to get an understanding of the marking scheme, sectional weightage, type of questions, etc.

• Paper 1 will have 50 questions for 100 marks. This section is only qualifying in nature.
• Paper 2 also carries 200 marks.
• All questions in the exam will be objective-type.
• There will be negative marking for wrong answers.
