BPSC Head Teacher 2024 Last Date Extended

The BPSC has extended the deadline for submitting online applications for Head Master and Head Teacher jobs to April 10. Originally, the deadline to apply online was April 2. Candidates may apply online for 6,061 Head Master positions and 40,247 Head Teacher vacancies.

BPSC Head Teacher and Headmaster Last Date Extended: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has extended the deadline for collecting online applications for head teachers and headmasters. Candidates who are interested and eligible may apply online until April 10. Previously, the deadline to apply online was April 2.

All qualifying standards remain unchanged, i.e., candidates must be no older than 58 years old by August 1, 2024, and have at least 8 years of primary teaching experience. The retirement age is 60 years.

To apply for the BPSC Head Master Recruitment 2024, go to the official website and fill out the online application form. Candidates can follow the step-by-step instructions to apply online.

Step 2: Select the “Apply Online” button for the BPSC Head Teacher/Head Master Recruitment.

Step 3: Enter your name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar number, and address.

Step 4: Use the OTP you received to validate your email address and phone number, then complete the registration process.

Step 5: Enter the registration number and password.

Step 6: Upload scanned copies of the needed documents in the format indicated.

Step 7: Pay the cost and download the completed form for future reference.

BPSC Headmaster Eligibility Criteria:
The eligibility standards for Head Teacher and Head Master positions differ. Check the details below.

Head Master: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% from a recognized university. Candidates should also have passed the teacher eligibility test and earned a D.El.Ed., B.T., B.Ed., B.A.Ed., B.Sc.Ed., or B.L.Ed. Candidates must also have eight years of experience teaching secondary students in a state government school or twelve years in a CBSE, ACSE, or BSEB-accredited school.

Head Teacher: To be qualified for BPSC Head Teacher recruitment, the candidate must have achieved the following educational qualifications.

Graduation from any recognized university with at least 50% grades.
