Indian Navy Recruitment 2023: Indian Navy is going to end the application process for the appointment of Trade Apprentice at Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam today, January 1. Before the registration window closes, interested and eligible candidates for apprenticeship should apply immediately by visiting the official portal apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. The method of application is explained further.

total vacancies
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 275 vacancies for Apprentices in various trades. The Naval Apprentice Recruitment Exam is scheduled to be held on February 28, 2024. The result of the recruitment test will be tentatively declared on March 2, 2024.
eligibility criteria
Age Limit: There is no upper age restriction for apprenticeship training as per Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). However, candidates must not be less than 14 years of age to qualify for the roles and the minimum age limit for hazardous occupations is 18 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed SSC/Matric/Std.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in Main Written Examination and Physical Interview followed by Document Verification stage.
