For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF):
- B.Tech or equivalent degree holders who are enrolled in an Integrated MS-Ph.D. program with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) can apply.
- These candidates must ensure they complete the Integrated MS-Ph.D. program within the validity period of two years to be eligible for JRF.
For Lectureship (LS):
- B.Tech graduates with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) are eligible to apply for Lectureship (LS).
