Uttarakhand Bumper recruitment for open nursing officer posts in government medical colleges

Bumper recruitment is open for Nursing Officer posts in Government Medical Colleges under the Medical Education Department. Uttarakhand Medical Services Selection Board has started the recruitment process for 1455 posts. Online application forms will be filled from 12th December. Candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of year wise merit.

Secretary and Additional Secretary of Medical Services Selection Board, Garima Ronkali issued orders for the recruitment of Nursing Officer posts. Medical Education Department will recruit 1455 vacant posts of Nursing Officer in Government Medical College, Doon, Srinagar, Haldwani, Almora and State Cancer Institute, Haldwani. For once, the state government has decided to conduct recruitment for Nursing Officer posts on year-wise merit basis. A government order has been issued for this.

Last date of application is January 1
Of the total posts, 288 posts are reserved for Scheduled Caste, 211 posts for Other Backward Class, 59 posts for Scheduled Tribe, 211 posts for Economically Weaker Section. Whereas general category candidates will get a chance on 753 posts. According to the release issued by the board, online applications for nursing posts will start from December 12. The last date to apply has been fixed as January 1, 2024.

Application fee Rs 300
Medical Services Selection Board has fixed the fee for Nursing Officer posts at Rs 300 for general category. Whereas a fee of Rs 150 will be charged from SC, ST, Economically Weaker Section, Other Backward Class and Disabled candidates.
